- Included: a fixed fare, flight tracking with your pickup adjusted to the actual landing time, up to 3 hours of free waiting after landing, and no surge pricing for rush hour, bad weather or holiday travel.
- Toronto Pearson pickups: a $15 airport fee (none on drop-offs or at Billy Bishop). Meet and greet inside the terminal is $50 extra.
- Other extras: waiting after 3 hours is $80 per hour; tolls and extra stops are charged separately.
- Child seats: $10 each, installed before pickup.
- All prices are plus 13% HST.

How Pearson pickups work
Add your flight number when you book and we track the flight in real time. After customs and baggage claim, go to the pre-arranged taxi and limousine pickup area at Door A in Terminal 1 or Door A in Terminal 3, and tell the dispatcher there that you're waiting for your Aroma Limo ride.
Prefer to be met inside? Request meet and greet when you book ($50) and your chauffeur waits in the Arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Pearson pickups include a $15 airport fee either way, and waiting is free for up to 3 hours after landing.

Airport drop-offs
We pick you up at your door and drop you at the Departures level of your terminal. Air Canada and its Star Alliance partners use Terminal 1; WestJet, Delta and most other airlines use Terminal 3. Airlines typically recommend arriving about two hours before a domestic flight and about three hours before an international one, so plan your pickup time around your area and the time of day. Travelling with children
Add a rear-facing, forward-facing or booster seat for $10 each when you book, and tell us your child's age, weight and height so we bring the right one; it's installed before pickup. - Pick your vehicle and time; the fixed fare and HST are shown before you pay.
- Pay by card through Stripe. Your confirmation arrives by email once dispatch confirms.
Airport transfer questions
Is meet and greet included?
No. Standard pickups meet at the pre-arranged pickup area at Door A. Meet and greet inside the terminal, with a name sign, is $50 extra.
Do fares go up at night, in bad weather or on holidays?
No. Fares are flat and locked in, with no surge pricing for rush hour, bad weather or holiday travel.
Can I book for an early morning or late-night flight?
Yes. Online booking slots run from 5 AM to 11 PM; for any other time, call or WhatsApp dispatch, which answers 24/7.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend 12 to 24 hours ahead, especially at peak travel times. Shorter notice depends on vehicle availability.
Do you drive to Buffalo Niagara Airport?
Yes. Long-distance and cross-border trips run from Toronto to Buffalo Niagara (BUF) and other US and Canadian cities. Every passenger needs a valid passport and travel documents for the US-Canada border.
